Pick Up Policy

You may pick up your new furniture at our Distribution Center in Peculiar, MO. Furniture Deals assumes no responsibility for damage to your vehicle during loading, transporting, or unloading of your merchandise. Furniture Deals will open and inspect all merchandise with you during your load out. We will attempt to repackage each piece to the best of our ability. We will happily assist in loading and tying down your items, but we will not take responsibility for any damage caused by shifting during transit or accidents. If a product needs to be serviced under the warranty, it is your responsibility to deliver the product back to our Distribution Center. Most items require assembly once they are in your home. Missing parts will be will be shipped to your residence free of charge from the manufacturer.

Delivery Policy

Furniture Deals will call you the evening prior to delivery to provide a three hour delivery window. We will attempt to remain inside the scheduled delivery window. Please provide the most accurate contact information available. If you miss your 3 hour delivery window, you will need to reschedule for a new delivery date. You will forfeit your original delivery fee as well as pay an additional delivery fee for the rescheduled date. Please measure all rooms, doors, hallways, stairways, and any sharp turns to guarantee your new merchandise will fit. If the delivery personnel are unable to deliver merchandise due to confined spaces, your delivery fee will be forfeited and non-fitting merchandise will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Delivery personnel must have a clear pathway to the room in which the merchandise will be placed to insure a safe and damage free delivery. Furniture Deals will not move any existing furniture or electronics. To protect wood, tile, carpet, or linoleum floors, please lay rugs, blankets or cardboard down. If the furniture is to be placed on wood floors, please place pieces of cloth or felt down under legs or casters to protect your floors. Furniture Deals is not responsible for damage to floors or cleaning carpets. Furniture Deals will inspect all of your merchandise with you to verify that it has been placed in your possession in good condition. Furniture Deals will only provide exchanges for damage or manufacturer defect. Unless you have purchased the Furniture Deals offered 5 year Protection Plan, all services and warranty work will be performed at the Distribution Center. Neither Furniture Deals nor the manufacturers are responsible for transportation of merchandise.

Cancellations & Returns

All invoices require a minimum of 50% down. All orders must be paid in full within 45 days from date of purchase or the invoice will be cancelled and promotional savings voided. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Delivery fees will apply for each trip made. All merchandise must be returned in it’s original packaging and in it’s original condition. Clearance items, mattresses, mattress pads, sheet sets, pillows and comforters are NON-RETURNABLE. All credit card will be refunded immediately. All check refunds will be mailed to the billing address and may take up to 14 days for processing. No cash refunds.

Warranty Information

All items are new and sold with manufacturer’s warranty. Any stains, soiling or damage resulting from everyday use is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty or the five year protection plan. Natural materials such as stone, leather, and wood grains may have inherent features such as discoloration, scarring, porousness, or variations in texture that are naturally occurring. In order to create a desired effect, the manufacturer may intentionally characterize an item by replicating naturally occurring material inconsistencies or creating a “hand-made” appearance. Furniture Deals cannot provide exchange or repair services due to these factors. However, manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply. Any pet damage or failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions, voids all warranties including the five year protection plan. All warranties provide coverage to the original retail purchaser and do not apply to rented, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses. All warranties are granted either by the manufacturer or Furniture Deals as noted and do not include transportation or in-home service. Parts and labor charges will apply one year from date of purchase. The five year protection plan is available for purchase to cover the majority of products excluding rugs, lamps, and accessories. These policies are maintained by Montage Furniture Services acting as a third party representative. Errors on our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Furniture Deals reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Furniture Deals will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
