TeleCheck Electronic Check Acceptance service converts a paper check into an electronic check at the point of sale. The electronic check transaction takes the same amount of time to be presented to the bank as a paper check, usually within one to two business days.
Cancelling an Order:
If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item on an existing order before it ships from the manufacturer there will be a 15% processing fee deducted from your refund or an additional charge made to cover the fee. Please contact one of Furniture Deals Online Customer Service Representatives at (888) 853-3257 or you may email to customerservice@furnituredeals.com . Generally, we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. If you cancel your order after it has shipped from the manufacturer, it is considered a return. Please read through How Do I Return My Order.

Making Changes to my Order:
If you need to make changes on your order, change the quantity, change an address, or change an item after the manufacturer has shipped the product, you would have to pay shipping and re-stock fees for this change. You are responsible for checking over your order confirmation. If you find a mistake, please advise us within 24 hours of placing the order.
NO Sales Tax:
Another advantage of buying through Furniture Deals Online is that we do not have to charge sales tax, with one exception: orders being shipped to the state of Kansas will be subject to applicable sales tax. As a consumer, it is your responsibility to meet the sales tax requirements for your state. Applicable sales tax will be charged in the state of Kansas. In store purchases for delivery or pick up from our Kansas City Distribution Center will be charged the applicable sales tax.
Shipping
Shipping is offered only in the 48 contiguous US states. We promise you won't be surprised with any hidden charges. The price you see is the price you will pay, unless you live in Kansas or Missouri where sales tax applies. On all purchases there is a shipping charge based on the total volume of your order.
How Your Order Will Ship
Small Parcel Shipping
Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS. UPS provides the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. You will be provided a UPS tracking number once your package has been assigned this number. You will then be able to watch the movement of your package.
Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days after it leaves the warehouse. We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
Standard Shipping
Your purchase will be sent to you by a service that is superior to all other doorstep, threshold and standard home delivery services. Our partner insures greater responsibility in making sure your selection arrives safely into your home to insure a carefree delivery.
A two person delivery crew will deliver your furniture inside the threshold.
(up to two (2) flights of stairs prior to the threshold.) If any piece weighs more than 300lbs. or pieces are greater than four, shipment will only be available for delivery to the First Dry Area or Garage. Shipper's palletized or crated merchandise will be delivered to the First Dry Area or Garage only.
We ask that you carefully inspect your delivery for order accuracy, and to insure that there is no damage or defects prior to releasing the delivery crew . Once satisfied, you will be asked to sign the proof of delivery receipt which releases your delivery crew of any damages.
If any damage or defects are discovered, we ask you to refuse your delivery and contact us immediately at (888) 853-3257 to address your concern. Furniture Deals Online will not be liable for product damages reported after you have signed your proof of delivery receipt and released your delivery crew. After installation is accomplished to your satisfaction, all packaging materials will be taken away.

Two person delivery crew
When your order arrives at the agent closest to your home, you will be notified and a delivery appointment will be set. These appointments are typically Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Saturday deliveries are not standard and upon your request may be scheduled with an additional charge to you.
Platinum White Glove Home Delivery Service what to expect on day of delivery:
Upon arrival, your delivery crew will ask you to direct them to the room your furniture will be placed. We ask that prior to delivery you have the room available for unobstructed installation of your purchase. We also ask that the pathway from your door to the room be free to avoid delays.
Your delivery crew will: un-package your product, provide final inspection, and install as requested. Light assembly of up to 30 minutes for bed frame set-up is also included. The shippers will not hookup any electrical or component wires.
We ask that you carefully inspect your delivery for order accuracy, and to insure that there is no damage or defects prior to releasing the delivery crew . Once satisfied, you will be asked to sign the proof of delivery receipt which releases your delivery crew of any damages.
If any damage or defects are discovered, Please write “Product Damaged” on the bill of lading they would ask you to sign, then we ask you to refuse your delivery and contact us immediately at (888) 853-3257 to address your concern. How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Most orders will leave the manufacturer within 2-4 weeks. Transit time for In Home White Glove Platinum Delivery is approximately 10 days depending on your location and what delivery date you set with the delivery company.
Returning An Order:
1. You have 24 hours to return any items. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified, or are stained or soiled.
2. Prior return authorization is required by calling (888) 853-3257 or emailing returns@furnituredeals.com. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return being refused and shipped back to you at your cost.
3. The initial freight charges plus a minimum of a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the account credit given. Return freight and shipping insurance is the responsibility of the customer. If at any time Furniture Deals Online or the manufacturer is billed for return freight, that amount will be deducted from your final refund or charged back to you if refund has already been issued.
4. For undeliverable or refused shipments, the customer will be responsible for the initial freight and any and all return charges for freight, plus a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of insuring the return freight.

Damage Upon Delivery:
If the item is damaged upon delivery, you should refuse only the damaged merchandise and clearly write your detailed reasons for refusal on the delivery paperwork called the “Bill of Lading” that the delivery agent will ask you to sign before they leave your home. Please make sure you carefully inspect your new furniture BEFORE signing the Bill Of Lading for the delivery team. Do not sign that you accept the delivery. Furniture Deals will not be responsible for any damage not properly noted on the delivery paperwork.
Protection Plan
Montage Furniture Services is a nationwide protection plan policy holder that acts as a third party provider for replacement and repair of all major furniture items excluding mattresses, rugs, lamps, and accessories. This protection plan offers the comfort and security of knowing that all major furniture pieces can be insured against accidental damage for 5 years from the date received.
