Delivery & Customer Pick Up

Delivery Policy

All deliveries will be opened, inspected and assembled prior to delivery.

Please provide the most accurate contactinformation. You will be contacted the evening prior to delivery to provide a three hour delivery window. Due to routing efficiencies, requesting a morning or afternoon delivery is not possible. If you miss your delivery, you will need to reschedule for a new delivery date. You will forfeit your original delivery fee as well as pay for additional delivery fee for the rescheduled date.

Please measure all rooms, doors, hallways and stairway to guarantee your new merchandise  will fit. If the delivery personnel are unable to deliver merchandise due to confined spaces, your delivery fee will be forfeit and non-fitting merchandise will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please remove wall hangings or accent pieces that may pose difficulties. Delivery personnel will not move any existing furniture or remove footwear. To protect all flooring, please lay rugs, blankets or cardboard down. Furniture Deals is not responsible for damage to floors or cleaning carpet.

 

Customer Pick Up Policy

Please have drivers license & your receipt. We will assist in loading and tying down your items, but we do not take responsibility for any damage during loading, transporting or unloading your merchandise.

Most items require assembly. Missing parts will be shipping to your home free of charge from the manufacturer.
