Delivery & Customer Pick Up

White Glove Delivery Policy 

In Home Delivery includes full assemble, placement in the room of your choice and removal of all packaging material. All merchandise will be opened, inspected and assembled prior to delivery. An adult 18 years or older must be present to sign for the merchandise. You will be contacted the evening prior to delivery to provide a three hour delivery window. Due to routing efficiencies, requesting a morning or afternoon delivery is not possible. If you miss your delivery, you will need to reschedule for a new delivery date. You will forfeit your original delivery fee as well as pay for additional delivery fee for the rescheduled date. Delivery personnel will not move any existing furniture or remove footwear.


Drop Off Delivery Policy

All merchandise will be delivered in the manufacturers packaging and placed on the driveway or in a garage. The customer is responsible for all assemble, placement into the home and removal of all trash. An adult 18 years or older must be present to sign for the merchandise. You will be contacted the evening prior to delivery to provide a three hour delivery window. Due to routing efficiencies, requesting a morning or afternoon delivery is not possible. If you miss your delivery, you will need to reschedule for a new delivery date. You will forfeit your original delivery fee as well as pay for additional delivery fee for the rescheduled date.

If you miss your delivery, you will need to reschedule for a new delivery date. You will forfeit your original delivery fee and pay for an additional delivery fee for the rescheduled date. An adult at least 18 years of age must be present to sign for receipt of merchandise. Any damaged merchandise must be reported to Furniture Deals within 24 hours after delivery and will require clear photographs to arrange appropriate services. Furniture Deals is not responsible for damage to floors or carpet cleaning. 

Customer Pick Up Policy

Please bring your drivers license and receipt. We will assist in loading and tying down your items, but we do not take responsibility for any damage during loading, transporting or unloading your merchandise. Most items require assembly. Missing parts will be shipping to your home free of charge from the manufacturer.
