Returns
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Delivery fees will apply for each trip made. All items must be returned in it's original packaging and in it's original condition. Clearance items, mattresses, mattress pads, sheet sets and comforters are non-returnable. All credit cards will be refunded immediately. All check refunds will be mailed to the billing address and may take up to 14 days for processing. No cash refunds.
Comfort Promise
Mattress exchanges are only available with purchase of a Furniture Deals mattress pad. We ask that you spend 30 nights sleeping on your mattress before opting to reselect. The exchange window expires after 120 nights from date of delivery. Only one comfort exchange is available per mattress set purchased. $199 reselect fee will be applied as well as a delivery fee. Exchange must be for a mattress of equal or greater value. Law tags must be attached. Mattress must be clean and free of tears, burns and stains of any kind. The following mattresses are exempt from this program: clearance, floor models, sleeper sofas and mattress warranty exchanges.
Warranty
While we hope that you enjoy your new furniture without issue, we are aware that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you are experiencing problems with your furniture you can review these issues to confirm coverage with the information below and begin the review process by downloading the claims form here.
Furniture Deals grants or implies no warranties of performance on any products. All warranties provided are manufacturers’ warranties, excluding mattresses, are valid for 1 year from the original date of pick up/delivery. Mattress warranties vary by manufacturer and style. Warranty paperwork is typically included in the packaging of the product. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer or Furniture Deals as noted and do not include transportation or in-home service. To submit a request for review of a possible warranty claim, please contact the Furniture Deals Warranty Department at 913-312-3325 or click on the Warranty Service Request link below. Furniture Deals will charge delivery and/or pick up fees if incurred while handling the manufacturers’ warranty claim.
Manufacturers’ warranties protect against defects in workmanship or materials. They do not include the following:
- Loss of use or time, inconvenience, expense or travel while parts are in the process of replacement, or repair is in progress.
- Coverage of leather and fabric against cracking, peeling, fading or discoloration from exposure to elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals.
- Loss of resiliency in cushioning or flattening of cushions.
- Damage to aesthetic elements such as stitching, decorative brads or crystals.
- Damage due to normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused in the home due to accidents, improper use, moving of the merchandise, etc…
The most common concern with a mattress is body impressions. It is normal for your mattress to begin forming body impressions after use. It is designed to conform to your body. Whether a pillow top, foam, plush, or firm, the settling of the mattress top will conform to your body contours and are considered normal. A defective impression is when the measurement exceeds the factory’s warranty specifications. Delivery fees will be applied to the order if Furniture Deals performs the delivery and/or pickup of a mattress under the warranty conditions. Protection Plan
Furniture Deals offers additional Protection Plans on furniture in partnership with Montage Furniture Services. This service covers major pieces of furniture against defect for the first year under the manufacturer's warranty and is serviced by the technicians at Furniture Deals. Coverage continues for an additional 4 years against accidental damage and extensions of the manufacturer's warranty past the first year serviced by Montage Furniture Services. If your policy goes full term (5 years) without a claim and a technician never knocks on your door, Furniture Deals will be happy to provide an in-store credit for the full original purchase price of the policy itself.
