Mattress Comfort Exchange Policy

Mattress exchanges are only available with purchase of a Furniture Deals mattress pad.

We ask that you spend 30 nights sleeping on your mattress before opting to reselect. The exchange window expires after 90 nights from date of delivery.

Only one comfort exchange is available per mattress set purchased. A 10% processing fee will be applied as well as a delivery fee. Exchange must be for a mattress of equal or greater value.

Law tags must be attached. Mattress must be clean and free of tears, burns and stains of any kind.

Mattress purchases are non-refundable.The following mattresses are exempt from this program: clearance, floor models, sleeper sofas and mattress warranty exchanges.
